I did fill out the form and got the toll free number and case number. The automated text after calling the number tells you to upgrade to a paid account to get support. Is that the only way to get access to the filings?


If you used the Free online account then you would have to upgrade to one of the other online editions which are not free.

If you got through to get a toll free number and incident number you must have used a User ID to get to that section of the web page.

 

Try this -

Sign onto your online account with the User ID that you used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state. 

 

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

 

If you do not get the Tax Home web page when you sign on the try this to find your account -

Use the account recovery website - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery

Use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
