I am pretty upset. I am happy to pay for a service but not getting tricked into one. I did not know that was Intuit's business model


Then do not use the phone number.  Use the website to contact support.  Once you complete the information on the website you will get a toll free phone number and a support incident number.  That should connect you with a support agent.
