Forget about the questions Turbo Tax asked. Look at your actual 2020 tax return. Are both daughters listed? You don't get the Child Tax Credit for over 17 but you might have still claimed her as a dependent. Even if she was over 23 and not a student you can still claim her if she made less than $4,300 income not counting Social Security.
