After you file

@Ericleeb04

We are not "acting stupid."   Your own question was really vague, so we have been trying hard to interpret a poor question and give you our best guesses.   There are payments going out monthly now that are often referred to as "advance" child tax credit payments, so it was reasonable to guess that was what your question was about.

  If you are talking about getting an advance refund loan, that was months ago, and your e-file had to be accepted in order to receive the loan.   So either your e-file was not accepted, or you did not qualify for the refund advance loan.   They are not sending out refund advance loans at this time.   That program ended months ago.

Look at your account -- just like VolvoGirl suggested.   If your return was rejected you need to fix it and e-file again, or print, sign and mail it.  But it is too late to receive a refund advance loan.
