Hi. I e-filed federal and state returns with you guys last year. The State of Louisiana is claiming that I didn't pay taxes or file last year and owe them $868. I have a copy of the email that says that my state return was accepted, but I was hoping I could get some more official documentation as proof that I did for my appeal.
