The IRS is taking months to start processing mailed tax returns. If you are entering the information on the IRS tax refund website for your Social Security number, Filing Status and the whole dollar amount of the federal tax refund as shown on the federal tax return Form 1040 and there is no information, then the IRS has not yet started to process the tax return.
