I filed a paper amended 1040 with return receipt USPS on March 31. When I check my amended return status on IRS it says "your information does not match our records" my information in SSN, date of birth and zip code - all correct. I cannot find a telephone number with a human to help. Stuck in a loop of providing information and getting no where. thank you
