We mailed our federal tax return to the IRS the early part of May 2021. Todays date is July 25th, and still no refund. When we go to the IRS website and enter the requested info in the Where's My Refund area, I receive an answer saying "We cannot provide any information about your refund. Be sure to verify your filing date, and/or check with your tax preparer." This is over 9 weeks and I feel it is ridiculous! Since we did our own taxes with TurboTax, I cannot reach out to my preparer, as I was the preparer. What should we do, or who do we contact? We are so frustrated!!
