The odd cents is probably interest paid because they took too long to process the return but the rest of the difference may need to wait until you get the letter of explanation they will mail in the next couple of weeks.
It could be the Stimulus Credit on line 30 of the form 1040 ... did you enter in the correct amount of the first & second stimulus payments you and your spouse got +the amount for the dependents.
