You appear to be using the Live Self-Employed Edition (at least that is what is displayed underneath your question), which does qualify to have live tax help. In fact, with that product you have paid extra for live tax expert support. While TurboTax Support will not normally phone a user from this community forum, you can reach a live tax expert or arrange for a tax expert to contact you as part of your Live product.
