If you provided incorrect banking information and the bank rejected the direct deposit, it will take at least a few weeks for the IRS to mail you a check. The check will be mailed via first class mail without any tracking so you just have to watch your mailbox for it. As for the stimulus check---not sure which one you are asking about. You could get the 1st and/or 2nd one on your 2020 return if you used the recovery rebate credit when you prepared your 2020 tax return.
There is no place to enter anything for a 3rd stimulus check on your 2020 return.
TurboTax cannot track your 3rd stimulus or tell you when it will arrive. The IRS is issuing 3rd stimulus checks on its own timetable.
