After you file

I am not sure why on this post it states to enter "0" it will not let you or entering "00000". I did get my transcript and my AGI is correct the only difference is I mailed it last year and no PIN was included. It seems I am not the only one that is happening too. I also requested the PIN on file and it is a 6 digit number and Turbo Tax only has a 5 digit. What do you do enter the first 5 or last 5? Is my only option mail. I have called multiple times to the IRS and the call volume is to high and states I need to call back. I start calling when they open???
Any help would be appreciated.
To enter a 6 digit IP PIN
- Click on Federal Taxes (Personal using Home and Business)
- Click on Other Tax Situations
- Scroll down to Other Return Info
- On Identity Protection PIN, click the start button
Or enter ip pin in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to ip pin
