It depends.
The IRS is not formally accepting tax returns until January 28, 2019. If you file on or before, it is estimated you will receive your direct deposit refund by February 18, 2019.
However, if you have an Earned Income Tax Credit or a Child Tax Credit, the IRS expects to begin issuing refunds on February 27, 2019.
