I just received a request for payment for my 2020 tax filing. I wrote to you in a while back looking for my refund and was told it was being processed and the delay was because of Covid-19. We had agreed you would be paid when I received the refund. We should keep to that agreement and you should find out what is causing the holdup. I have been a good client for the past several years and if you wish to retain me, you should find out why I have not received the refund. I thank you for your effort to get to the bottom of this problem with the IRS.
