This is mostly a user community forum. If the online 2019 return is incomplete and not the same as the one that was filed, we can tell you how to look for multiple accounts to try to find your finished and filed 2019 return. Many people end up with multiple accounts without realizing it. As a result, sometimes people start returns in more than one account.
Was that 2019 return you're looking at actually successfully efiled? i.e, when you log into that account what is the status displayed at the Tax Home--does it say accepted, rejected, printed, started, ready to mail, or what?
