Yes. Sign in to your TurboTax account and select the "Add a State" option. Go to your state return interview and click through to find the "Amendment" page; it's usually near the end of the state interview.
Be sure you have a copy of the originally filed return before you start the amendment. You will need to enter information from that original return as part of the amendment process.
