So are you amending to add the new baby then updating the Recovery Rebate forms? If so, remember to add the baby or the Recovery Rebate will not change for you. Only dependents are computed for the credit on the return. Here is how to amend your 2020 return.
First, make sure you really need to amend and that your 2020 return was accepted in TurboTax Online or paper-filed through the mail. You can't amend a return that hasn't been filed yet.
