I have purchase Turbo Tax Deluxe for my personal tax return for 2020--
I had a heck of a time downloading the federal return with the help of the Geek squad---I have tried repeatedly and have not been successful---no thanks to Turbo Tax---No one has returned any of my emails Texts or reponses to the update surveys you send out---so disappointed--I will just ignore this years state filing and put the blame where it counts--Turbo Tax--after 10 years of working with you and using Turbo Tax Forms I am disappointed nop one has reached out to help solve my problem---Even after I paid for it thru Costco--
