When you completed the 2020 tax return did you not go through the section to enter the stimulus payments received and indicate that you did not receive the second stimulus payment?
What is on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 30? If there is an amount of $600 entered then the credit for the second stimulus payment is included with your federal tax refund.
