Federal tax refund and state tax refund are sent separately by each tax authority.
If this was for a federal tax refund, did you request to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from the federal tax refund? Is the amount deposited less the TurboTax account fees plus the service charge of $39.99 ($44.99 for CA residents)?
