RE-file how? The IRS will not accept another e-file from you. Once you have e-filed your return it is not possible to e-file again. Your only other way to file "again" would be by mail. Mailed returns take even longer than e-filed returns, and putting a second return from the same SSN into the system would confuse the IRS and delay your refund longer.
You are always going to find someone else whose refund arrived faster, and someone who waited even longer than you. That is the way it goes. Returns are not processed “first in — first out.”
