You need to verify that you did not inadvertently select that you can be claimed as a dependent in the My Info section for your personal information. That would prevent the stimulus questions from appearing in the Federal Review section of the program.
If the dependent option is not checked, then enter stimulus in the Search box located in the upper right of the program screen. Click on Jump to stimulus. You should have the question asking about the stimulus payments received. Enter the amount received for the first stimulus and 0 for the second stimulus.
The third stimulus payment is not part of the 2020 federal tax return. It is sent directly to you by the IRS.
