Are you asking about the 1st & 2nd Stimulus payments? 1200+600. If you didn't get the 2 payments they should have been included on your 2020 return. Did you file a return?
The Recovery rebate credit is on 1040 line 30. It either adds to your refund or reduced a tax due. It does not come separately. It is included your refund.
