After you file
No, you can ignore them.
The info on them is not transmitted to the IRS.....unless you personally send them in.
You can also later just use blank 1040-ES forms from the IRS website...should you decide at any time to make any of the quarterly estimated tax payments, for any unexpected income you might get over the rest of the year....or use the IRS DirectPay website without a form.
