Easier said than done.

I've tried calling for days, only to hear a message about an extremely high call volume at this time, and to call back... Click, I'm disconnected everytime.

I've tried multiple times to create an account on irs.gov, but without any current active loan numbers numbers, it refuses to verify my identity, and when I clicked the alternative phone message option, it tells me to create a new account as I no longer have my previous phone number, but of course verifying identify becomes the issue once again.

I looked for ways to contact TT, and finally found one today with support and contact options, which has led me here, attempting to do more research in hopes of finding answers before I make an official contact inquiry.

I efiled and was accepted February 12th and all I have is Tax Topic 152. As someone very ill, put out of work 2 years ago, and raising my deceased child's 2 children who hasn't received stimulus #2, I'm guessing because of not filing for the first time last year, I'm yantsy for some information and simply can not get it.

Given this info in a nutshell, would you happen to have any suggestions?
