In addition to the previous response of 21 days being just a estimation as well as reasons that the IRS shows no record of your return; please also keep in mind that the IRS is experiencing major delays due to the ongoing effects of the pandemic. Having said that, there are also standard reasons for some refunds taking longer than others. Turbo Tax has no control over when the IRS approves your refund and subsequently issues it.
