When you choose to pay your TurboTax fees with your tax refund, your refund is handled through Santa Barbara Tax Products Group (TPG) which is a refund processing service. Once TPG is notified that your refund has been processed and is on the way, your TurboTax fees will be paid and showed as completed and then they will send your refund to you within a week of TPG receiving it from the IRS. You can go to the Santa Barbara Tax Products Group website if you need assistance with your refund.
