After you file
If you see a charge from TurboTax when you are about to finish filing your return, your discount has not been applied. To fix this, go to your Lyft driver dashboard and access TurboTax from either the Tax information or Accelerate Rewards to access TurboTax through your Lyft driver dashboard. Finish your tax return and get to the Review your order screen (in the File section). You'll now see your complimentary billing status along with the message, Your discount has been applied.
