After you file

My banking information was entered correctly through Turbo Tax when I filed my 2020 taxes. The IRS sent it to an old account that was filed through Turbo Tax for 2019 taxes. Why didn’t the IRS use the updated banking information for my stimulus. This makes me no longer want to use Turbo Tax because you’re responsible for ensuring that the IRS has my updated banking information, especially if I entered it when I filed my taxes through your company.

Did the IRS completely process the 2020 tax return and issue the 2020 federal tax refund?  If not, then the bank information you entered on the 2020 federal tax return for a direct deposit is not in the IRS database for your name and Social Security number.
