After you file
Yes, the IRS will probably process your 2020 income tax return "as is". The IRS doesn't know the W-2's are from 2019 because you entered them in 2020. They may not question why you show more income on your tax return versus what your employers sent in to the IRS.

Generally, Form 1040-X, Amended U.S. Individual Income Tax Return, must be filed within three years of the date the original return was filed, or within two years of the date the tax was paid, whichever is later.
