After you file

It looks like it's been about 14 days since your return was accepted, the average timeframe for the IRS to issue refunds is within 21 calendar days after the e-filed return has been accepted (received), not 21 days from the e-filing date.

 

Once accepted, a return can be looked over for errors and various issues. The best thing to do is to wait and see. You can call the IRS after the 21 day period is up.
