Scheduled to be deposited means just that, scheduled. Your refund may not appear in your bank account for a few days. Deposits are often sent at end of day. And depending on the banks involved, it may take a day or two for the money to be transferred and deposited.
Check your bank account. You should see a pending deposit by Monday. NY says, "Unless we need to ask you for additional information to verify what you submitted on your return, we do not anticipate processing delays."
And check your refund status to see if there is a delay on the state end.
