You may claim them as dependents----as for getting money "back"----you no longer receive the child tax credit for them.   You lose the child tax credit in the tax year that the child turns 17.   The stimulus checks follow that same rule so you cannot get stimulus checks for them.  You get the $500 credit for other dependents for claiming them.

Claiming your 19 year old is "iffy"----when did she turn 19?  And was she a full-time student in 2020?  If she was not a full-time student in 2020 and had over $4300 of income then you cannot claim her.

Your daughters can file their own tax returns to seek refunds of tax withheld from their paychecks.   The younger one MUST say on her return that she can be claimed as someone else's dependent.   You need to determine whether the older girl needs to say yes or no to that question.
