If you are unable to e-file and receive a message to mail your tax return please see the instructions in this TurboTax FAQ: How do I switch from "E-File" to "File by Mail" in TurboTax Online?
The first page in your printout package will be the File by Mail Instructions, which will provide the mailing address and what forms you need to include.
