After being Pending for 7 days and then receiving an email from TurboTax saying that my Federal tax return was rejected due to an error in Form 1116, I refiled my Federal and State (Illinois) without any changes made on form 1116:
- The returns were transmitted at: February 21, 2021, 1:10 PM PST
- The Federal tax return was accepted by the IRS at: February 21, 2021, 1:28 PM PST
