Same here. I installed the big update this morning - but nothing has changed.
I submitted on Feb. 4. The Federal return was accepted on Feb. 13. TurboTax shows the California return as still pending on Feb. 18. California's own state site says my return has not yet been submitted.
I have tried calling TurboTax but I couldn't get through to a human. I went around in circles while a cheery automated voice told me that my federal refund was on its way. Very, very frustrating.
