The IRS just started processing tax returns yesterday (February 12, 2021) unless you were fortunate enough to be in the test batch group and were processed a few days prior. After the IRS accepts your return, your Refund Advance typically arrives within 3 hours. You also have to agree to receive your refund on a new prepaid TurboTax Visa card. Once you receive confirmation that your federal return has been accepted, you'll be able to start tracking your refund at the IRS Where's My Refund? site.
