Please take the following steps:
- Sign in to the account you used to prepare and file your return.
- Scroll down to the bottom and select Your tax returns &documents.
- Select 2019
If you successfully e-filed your return using TurboTax Online, this section will show "Filed Federal Tax Return" and "Filed [Your State] Tax Return (if you also filed your state return)." If this information is listed, you can select Download/print return (PDF) to obtain a copy of your return.
If you don't see this information, you're either in the wrong account or you did not file your 2019 tax return using TurboTax Online.
