You'll need to discuss that with TurboTax Support by phone.  Hours are 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.

If you used Free Edition, you won't have phone support unless you upgrade to PLUS.   Another option is to contact a TurboTax Support agent directly through messaging at Twitter or Facebook.  .
