If the IRS asked for the 1095-A & 8962 then ONLY send those forms as directed.
If you used the 2019 amendment program to complete that 8962 form then IGNORE the 1040X since it includes the original refund amount you did NOT yet get ... instead look at the bottom line of the new 1040 in the PDF file ... that is the correct refund amount you will eventually get OR the balance due they will bill you for later.
