You will be asked on your 2020 return if you received your stimulus check. If you qualify, then your stimulus money will be included with your 2020 refund. You can contact the IRS or State about the processing of your return. Once your return has been accepted & received by the IRS and/or State, TurboTax does not get any other information about the processing of your return.
For your Federal return you can check the IRS website, Where's My Refund (you need to wait until Jan 4th, This service will be unavailable from approximately 12 a.m. Eastern time on Wednesday, Dec. 23, 2020, until approximately 7 a.m. Eastern time on Monday, January 4, 2021, due to planned maintenance.)

If you mailed in your return then is can take allot longer for the IRS to process since they were not processing mailed in returns until recently.
The IRS telephone number is 1-800-829-1040, and they are available from 7 a.m. – 7 p.m. Monday thru Friday. The best time to call is early in the morning. Do not press 1 for refund, press option 2 instead.
