You cannot file your tax return at this time. E-filing of a 2020 tax return does not begin until early January 2021 and then only if all the forms and schedules included in your tax return have been finalized by the IRS.
There is no timeframe for when you will get back a tax refund. The IRS target is 21 days after the federal return was accepted by the IRS. But due to the pandemic that target is no longer viable.
