You need to contact the IRS or your State depending on what tax refund you are referring too. Did you e-file? Was your return accepted? Once your return is accepted, only the IRS & State would know when you will receive your refund. TurboTax does not get any updates regarding the processing of your return or when you will receive your refund.
If you mailed in your Federal return, the IRS was not processing mailed in returns due to the Covid-19 shut down. They have just started processing mailed in returns & they are behind. All you can due now is keep checking the IRS website, Where's My Refund.
