After you file

Right now, all you can do for 2019 taxes, or any earlier years, is to scroll down, select the year, and then download that year's PDF file itself, to see what's in it.   No longer is there full internal access to 2019, or earlier tax year, interviews.......2019 was all shut down right after 30/31 October of 2020 to transition to the 2020 software.

The "Add-A-State" option is only possible for whatever tax year is fully operational in the current "Online" software....and that will be 2020 after the Online shutdown ends.

If you are not getting a complete return then you will need to wait until sometime in December when they have finished archiving the 2019 returns and the Online system comes back online.

If you need a copy before then ...

Go to this IRS website for free federal tax return transcripts - https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript

For a fee of $50 you can get a complete federal tax return from the IRS by completing Form 4506 - http://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f4506.pdf

Going forward ... ALWAYS save a PDF with and without the worksheets BEFORE the online system closes mid October.
