After you file
"I have my receipt with order number."
Paying your TurboTax fee did not file your tax return. Did you e-file? Was it accepted?
Did you go all the way through the FILE section and click a big orange button that said "Transmit my returns now?'' When you e-file you get back two emails. The first one says that you submitted your return. The second email tells you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return there is a third email that tells you if the state return was accepted or rejected.
Does your account say that your return was accepted? What does it say when you check the e-file status using this tool:

If the return was accepted then what does it say on the IRS refund site:
To track your Federal refund:
You need to enter your Social Security number, your filing status and the exact amount of your federal refund from line 20 of your federal Form 1040.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information regarding your refund is the IRS.
To check on regular tax refund status via automated phone, call 800-829-1954. (This line has no information on Economic Impact Payments.)
