If you paid your tax due before filing then make sure the amount you paid was entered into the software:
Did you enter the payment you made into your tax return? Go to Federal>Deductions and Credits>Estimates and Other Taxes Paid>Other Income Taxes
And as for emails from TurboTax....TT never knows how, when or even if you paid your tax due so you can ignore the emails. Your own bank/credit card records are your proof that you paid your tax due.
