Oh I'm sorry I misread your post. Yes you can file 2018 and get back the $120 box 2. Just print out the 1040 blank form. For 2018 it is 2 pages. You won't need any other forms or schedules. I assume you were a dependent that year? Then be sure to check the box on the 3rd line that Someone else can claim you.
Your Standard Deduction on line 8 will be W2 box 1 + $350.
