After you file
The IRS is pretty backlogged, and transcripts are not necessarily up to date. Save the bank/credit card record that shows that you paid your tax due in case an issue arises about when and how much you paid your 2019 tax due. But----what are you trying to do---why are you hunting down your 2019 transcript at this time if you filed and paid your tax due?
