If you had applied for a payment plan and the IRS accepts it then they will mail you a copy of the plan and/or you should be able to access it online ... once you click on then apply/revise plan button (https://sa.www4.irs.gov/opa/individual/pages/indi.xhtml) you will either log in or set up an account.
If you already set up a plan online you should already have a log in.
- If you previously registered for an Online Payment Agreement, Get Transcript, or any Identity Protection PIN (IP PIN), you should log in with the same user ID and password. You will need to confirm your identity by providing the additional information listed above if you haven't already done so.
