After you file
TurboTax does not email your tax return to you.
If you are unable to get in to your TurboTax account to get a copy of your tax return from the previous year, then your option is to get a free transcript from the IRS or pay the IRS $50 for an actual copy of the return. And, the IRS has certain requirements you must meet in order to get the transcript.

If you cannot get to your 2018 AGI in order to e-file a 2019 return then try using zero. If zero will not work then print, sign and mail the 2019 return.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
